LoL x Accel World: Being a Champion is suffering!

In the UNF, Takumu - Cyan Pile comes across a strange sigil in the ground. Upon standing on it, not only is he whisked away from the world of Brain Burst, only to land in the Fields of Justice, he is now robbed of all his freedom and must do as his summoner bids! Can he adapt to this horrifying new world? Is he the only duel avatar to walk the proving grounds of Summoner's Rift?!


Passive: Being Taku is suffering!

Cyan Pile gains Rage with basic attacks and offensive abilities. Cyan Pile loses Rage while not in combat; Rage empowers his basic attacks and grants his abilities extra effects:

-Basic attack: bonus armour penetration
-(Q) Perforation: Cyan Pile consumes 10 stacks of Rage to silence his target for a short duration.
-(W) Body Slam: Cyan Pile consumes half of his remaining Rage to knock back targets he collides with.
-(E) Deep Reflection: Cyan Pile consumes all Rage for extra heal, Armour and Magic Resist.
-(R) The Way of the Sword: Activating 'Lightning Cyan Spike' at maximum Rage instead transforms his Pile Driver into the Cyan Blade, granting Cyan Pile bonus Attack Damage, Attack Speed, and Movement Speed that decays over the duration of The Way of the Sword.

Q: Perforation

Cyan Pile aims and fires his Pile Driver, shooting a steel stake directly ahead of him. Perforation deals bonus damage based on the target's maximum health.

i.e more HP = more damage.

W: Body Slam

Cyan Pile drives the head of the Pile Driver into the ground and fires, driving him a short distance opposite the direction of cast.

Remember how he used this to initiate against Dusk Taker to good effect - at first, though.

E: Deep Reflection

Cyan Pile contemplates on the decisions and actions he has made, healing himself and granting him bonus Armour and Magic Resist for a short duration.

R: The Way of the Sword

0-99% Rage: Cyan Pile roots himself to the ground and gains the ability to cast Lightning Cyan Spike. After a 0.5 second channel, Cyan Pile fires a long-range beam of superheated ions that stuns and knocks back the first enemy it hits.

100% Rage: The Pile Driver changes into the Cyan Blade, reflecting the deepest, purest desires in Takumu's heart. Cyan Pile cannot use his Q and W for the duration of The Way of the Sword, instead gaining increased Attack Damage, Attack Speed, and Movement Speed for the duration. Cyan Blade reverts back to the Pile Driver upon the end of the skill and begins a 1 second global cooldown on all of Cyan Pile's skills.


How's this for a LoL x AW character?

Challenges:
Takumu. He's homesick, stuck in his duel avatar in a dimension he knows nothing about, and just wants to go home. The Institute of War, however, cannot figure out how on earth was he summoned, and until they figure out a way for him to go back to the Unlimited Neutral Field, have little choice but to put him up as a summonable champion to give him something to do.

Summoners: they're inevitably curious, but until someone can come up with a translation magic to convert Japanese to English, plus the hundred-odd dialects and variants that the champions use, there is very little they can do for Cyan Pile except to order him around.

Champions: there's always a buzz when there's a new champion, but what do they think of it?
